Apparently A Million Little Pieces was a big fake.

I am kind of glad to hear this, cause I thought this book was heinous and boring.

this doesn't surprise me. the book is so crazy popular that i picked it up while i was at work and read the first few pages, just to see what all the hype is about. the first chapter seemed odd to me, i have a hard time believing a delusional man with blood and vomit all over him and a hole in his cheek would be allowed to get on an airplane.

yeah, i agree. also, the language was so repetitive--it was obviously meant to mirror the mind of an addict, but it sure didn't make for a fun reading experience.

i've seen that book at target, i kept thinking it was a chicklit novel based on it's cover. sprinkles!

oprah book club stuff is not my cup of tea anyway. i wonder if she's going to quit it again because of this.
